Junior Anglers

 Congratulations  to the Kingston College fishing team.

The Queensland Junior Anglers  Competition was held on Saturday the 8^th of  October at Tangalooma,  Moreton Island. The day of the competition was very windy making fishing  difficult. The Kingston College fishing team braved the elements and ended up winning the competition. Dylan Milner was the hero of the day catching a  75cm flathead (3 kg). The other team members were Danielle Brown, Kayla Brown, Shaun Erickson, Chris Beaman, Ethan Pick, Nathaneal Cranch, Peter Cochrane and Kyle Wagner. Dylan was presented on the day with a $400 Prize from Alvey, each  member of the team also received a $50 prize from Alvey. The team is already  planning for next years competition in an effort to retain the Queensland Junior  Anglers Shield.
